Tesco is increasing the minimum in-office days for its office workers from two to three per week starting in September. The supermarket giant believes that in-person collaboration enhances effectiveness, strengthens connections between staff, shoppers, and suppliers, and fosters engagement and idea generation. Tesco UK & ROI people director James Goodman highlighted the benefits of their hybrid working model, noting its contribution to work/life balance and team collaboration.
