MI6 is utilising the dark web for recruiting spies to counter Russia. The agency has introduced a secure messaging platform, Silent Courier, enabling global recruitment. MI6 aims to attract agents with access to sensitive information in Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea. Sir Richard Moore, in his final speech as MI6 chief before retiring on 1 October, will announce the initiative today (19 September) in Istanbul.
