Wind power coming to the North Sea.

Germany’s chancellor announced plans to transform the North Sea into the “largest reservoir of clean energy worldwide” by enhancing offshore wind power projects. The UK and nine other European nations have agreed to expedite offshore wind farm development and establish a power grid in the North Sea. The initiative aims to generate 100 gigawatts of offshore wind power, sufficient to supply electricity to 143 million homes.
