Aston Martin has given its staff a 4% pay rise for 2024 and 2025, exceeding the current rate of inflation. The two-year agreement with the Unite union comes as the carmaker ramps up the production of new models. Its manufacturing technicians will receive a smaller rise of 1.5% in 2025, in return for a shorter working week.
