No pay change for many since start of cost of living crisis.

New research from jobs site Indeed indicates almost 20% of workers have seen no pay changes since the cost of living crisis began in 2021. Over 40% of respondents are struggling financially, and half believe reducing costs should be the next government’s priority. Indeed noted that the average pay rise of 3% “significantly lags” behind peak inflation rates.
