PrettyLittleThing introduces returns fee 

PrettyLittleThing, the fashion retailer, has introduced a £1.99 fee for returns as of 3 June. This charge will be deducted from the refund given to customers and applies to all, including members of the PLT Royalty programme. Retail payment specialists Dojo suggest this move could be a response to the rising cost of processing high volumes of returns, exacerbated by ‘buy now, pay later’ schemes.
