Diagnosis rates are at their highest since the pandemic began, at 65 per cent, though the NHS aims to reach 66.7 per cent. Dr Jeremy Isaacs, national clinical director for dementia at NHS England, emphasised that a diagnosis is crucial for accessing NHS support services.
