That's The Greens out of the running.

GREEN leader Zack Polanski wants to ban horse racing — despite millions gearing up to enjoy the Grand National at Liverpool’s Aintree tomorrow.

His “cranky” call to abolish the £4billion industry comes as he seeks to legalise heroin, crack and prostitution, plus slap a tax on dog owners.

The party  also wants to scrap the Trident nuclear deterrent, ban zoos and drop the Church Of England as the nation’s established church.

Mr Polanski, 43, galloped into a row by claiming the Sport of Kings is animal cruelty, while also saying all equestrian events should be banned from the Olympics.

Last night, Reform UK’s leader Nigel Farage blasted Mr Polanski’s views as “cranky nonsense”.

He added: “The idea of banning horse racing  is utterly absurd. “Horse racing is an integral part of our British heritage. It’s a sport that supports tens of thousands of jobs, rural communities, and generations of tradition. It’s also deeply ironic that Polanski, a party leader that seems happy to legalise just about everything else, is so enthusiastic about banning one of Britain’s most historic and beloved sports.”
